Applications are currently open for upcoming cohorts. The programme serves Upper Primary and Junior High School learners, typically ages 10–15.

Fees for one Focus Track

Application fee: GHS 50
Programme fee: GHS 800 per selected Focus Track

The programme fee covers one track. Learners are generally not required to bring specialist equipment or materials for the core programme.

What happens next?

Our team contacts you with guidance. Once the GHS 50 application fee is confirmed, we issue your access code and PIN.
Complete the online application. STEMForge works to place eligible applicants in a suitable cohort while keeping families informed about scheduling.

Applying does not guarantee immediate placement. Placement depends on learner eligibility, the selected Focus Track, cohort capacity and scheduling arrangements.

What does the programme fee cover?

GHS 800 covers one selected Focus Track. The application fee is GHS 50. The programme fee is not an all-track package, Academy membership or annual subscription.

When do I receive an application access code?

Our team provides payment guidance after your initial registration. Once the GHS 50 application fee is confirmed, an access code and PIN are issued for the online application.

Does applying guarantee immediate placement?

No. Placement depends on eligibility, the selected Focus Track, cohort capacity and scheduling. STEMForge works to place eligible applicants in a suitable cohort while keeping families informed about scheduling.

Can my child take another Focus Track?

Yes. Contact STEMForge to arrange another Focus Track for a learner already registered with us.
